All leather items are made-to-order, so please allow up to 7 days production time for your beautiful new leather gear to be created. Sometimes a quicker turn-around is possible. Feel free to contact us to see if we can help with a tighter deadline!

All packages ship USPS Ground Advantage. (Some packages are delivered USPS Priority Mail due to weight.)  All orders receive a tracking number. International orders are shipped USPS First Class International. 

Audio Helkuik does accept exchanges and returns. Please contact us regarding the issue. However, we do NOT accept exchanges or returns on custom pieces (custom sizing, anything with special embossing, custom colors/hardware, custom harnesses, print-on-demand items etc).  Please measure carefully and feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about sizing or custom pieces prior to ordering.
